“Had my house cleaned today while I was at work. When I got home, I did what everybody else would do and checked around to make sure everything was good. I saw a few spots that I had some questions about so I gave Isaac a call. After a brief phone call, Isaac told me he was on the way over. Once he got here and I showed him everything, he explained to me why I was seeing things that didn’t look right or didn’t look clean. He cleaned the spots again just to make sure everything was good. One of our customers, Parker Aug recently had his house cleaned while he was at work. Upon returning home, he checked the quality of the cleaning, as anyone would, and noticed a few spots that raised questions, so he called me to clarify his concerns, which is something that we encourage all our customers to do. I quickly went to his property to address his concerns and answer his questions directly, since at Lancaster Pro Wash, we believe in offering a personalized service.
At the property, upon seeing the spots in question, I explained why some areas might sometimes appear different after cleaning. I also gave these spots an additional clean to ensure Parker was completely satisfied with the job we’d done.
